About the Role
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our fully distributed team and help us build and scale products that are reliable, secure, and ready for the next generation of AI-augmented workflows. You'll work across the stack — from frontend interfaces to backend services and cloud infrastructure — while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to ship faster without compromising code quality. This is a great fit for someone who thinks in systems, communicates clearly across time zones, and is excited about applying AI thoughtfully rather than blindly.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features using modern frameworks and cloud-native architecture
Use AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development while applying strong system design judgment to validate and review AI-generated code
Collaborate with cross-functional, fully remote teams through asynchronous and synchronous communication
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for reliable deployments
Implement secure coding practices and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives
Integrate AI/ML APIs and data pipelines into product features where relevant
Own outcomes, not just tickets — you'll be expected to connect your work to measurable business.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional software engineering experience (mid-level); strong portfolios considered for less experience
Proven experience working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
Strong written communication skills — most collaboration happens async
Ability to use AI tools to multiply productivity while maintaining strong systems thinking and code quality judgment
A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-evolving tech landscape
